Within 10 days of your car being picked up you will usually receive a letter that your car is to be sold at auction.
Your car company will usually sell your car after about a week at a car auction.
You will receive a demand letter from your car company telling you the amount you still owe on the car that was sold.
If you don’t pay the balance still owed on the car your car creditor will then sue you in state court for the balance.
